With 17 Scan-Lock siren tones to choose from, the Whelen Engineering Electronic Siren allows for user-selectable hands-free operation and works with up to two 100-watt speakers. This police siren meets California Title 13 and SAE J1849 specifications. The turn-on/off feature gives access to three siren tones (default Wail, Yelp, and Piercer) without taking your hands off the wheel, while two manual functions give you additional siren choices when you need it most. Additionally, this police car siren has a PTT (push to talk) switch on the microphone that overrides all siren functions transfer switches.

The Whelen Engineering Diagnostic-Enabled Siren with Scan Lock Tones is a hands-free siren that helps keep your focus on the road while allowing access to three preset siren tones. This siren alarm features a PTT (push to talk) switch on the microphone which overrides all siren functions, meets class A requirements, and complements all of Whelen’s under-dash products.
