Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL PRIZES AWARDED STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES.

The “Galls® Garmin® Watch Giveaway Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 10, 2022, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Galls, LLC, 1340 Russell Cave Rd., Lexington, KY 40505 (the “Sponsor”) who is responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older as of March 10, 2022. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, licensees and agents, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and employees of the United States Postal Service are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by the Sweepstakes Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
  2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on March 10, 2022, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2022. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
  3. HOW TO ENTER:During the Sweepstakes, you may submit only one (1) entry form. You may enter by texting GARMIN to (CODE 40926). Message and data rates may apply. Participants must be the registered subscriber of the phone number from which entry is made. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2022 to be eligible for the drawing.
    For the purposes of the Sweepstakes Rules, the word “Participant” shall refer to the individual submitting an entry during the Sweepstakes. The word “Participants” shall collectively refer to all individuals submitting Entries during the Sweepstakes.
    Limit: Each Participant may submit only one (1) entry during the Sweepstakes. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same phone number. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different phone numbers, identities, profiles, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant’s entry and that Participant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the phone number used to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned a phone number by carrier provider. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified.

    WINNER DETERMINATION:The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about April 1, 2022. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes and related matters are final and binding. The winners will be notified via phone call or text on or about April 1, 2022. The winners must comply with the Sweepstakes Rules and meet all eligibility requirements.
    4. The winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or, where lawful, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of first notification attempt, if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the winner rejects the prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. If a prize is forfeited, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per household. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected after which the respective prize will remain un-awarded. CONDITIONS: By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.
  4. CONDITIONS: By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.
    All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, an entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
    If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of proceeding as planned, including due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other causes that affect the security or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
    Sponsor is not responsible for: any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission; communications failure; loss, theft, or destruction of Entries; unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; any technical malfunction or problem with any telephone network or lines, computer or online systems, computer equipment, or software; failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor (including due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website); or any injury or damage to Participant’s or any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
    Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the Participant is attempting or likely to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, including by cheating, hacking, deception, use of automated quick entry programs, or other unfair playing practices, or intends or is likely to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Participants or Sponsor’s representatives.
    Caution: Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from that person to the fullest extent permitted by law, in addition to any other legal and/or equitable remedies that are or may be available.
  5. PRIZES: The one (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive one (1) Garmin® Instinct Tactical Watch (Black); total approximate retail value of the grand prize (“ARV”) $299.99.
    Total ARV of all prizes: $299.99.
    Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prizes. The prizes are not transferable. No substitution of the prize is allowed by winners, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are not redeemable for cash value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the respective winner.
  6. USE OF DATA:Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://www.galls.com/Pages/PRIVACY. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant hereby agrees to Sponsor’s collection and usage of his or her personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, and Participant acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
